Ellen Masaki Ohana Series

Help Masaki School of Music celebrate its 70th year by attending the Hawaii Chamber Music Festival’s lineup of concerts June 14-24.

On June 21, students from MSM will be performing at the Kahala Hotel and on June 23 you can hear your teachers (Noe Baladad, Annie Kwok and TylerRamos), all former students of legendary pedagogue Ellen Masaki, performing at the Aloha Tower ballroom. Nancy Masaki (on cello) will join artists from the festival in the rollicking “Souvenir de Florence” by Tchaikovsky on June 23 at the Aloha Tower. Other concerts feature pianist Sean Kennard, another Masaki prodigy of International acclaim, performing with violinist Stefan Jackiw and cellist Michael Nicolas.
