HONOLULU, HI (March 1, 2011) – To celebrate their debut as Hawai’i’s exclusive Steinway piano dealership, Piano Planet – located in the Gentry Pacific Design Center – will host an evening reception on March 24, 2011 from 6:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M. The event will feature the beauty and exquisite craftsmanship of the Steinway piano through specially-created performances by young artists of the Hawaii Education of the Arts (HEARTS) and the Royal Academy of Ballet. Guests are invited to tour the showroom and experience the newest line of Steinway & Sons pianos.

As a dedicated patron of Hawai’i’s fine arts, Piano Planet’s debut event will also serve as the launch of a sales event beginning Friday, March 25th to Sunday, April 17th with a portion of the proceeds donated to HEARTS. Piano Planet holds the state’s largest inventory of Steinway pianos, including the Steinway-designed Boston and Essex pianos. Foremost, Piano Planet is dedicated to educating individuals about the quality and design of these fine instruments.
